Conductor Material: The core metal that carries the current. Common materials include:

Copper: Excellent conductivity, ductility, and corrosion resistance. The most common choice for most applications.

Aluminum: Lighter and less expensive than copper but has lower conductivity and can be prone to oxidation at connection points.
